with our last wine tastings at 3:30pm

Our cellar door is open daily for wine sales and tastings and is located at the Rabbit Island vineyard, close to the winery. From fresh lively Sauvignon Blanc, fine floral Riesling, rich full Chardonnay, warm plummy Pinot Noir, and intensely delicious dessert wines, there is something for all palates.

Enjoy a tasting of some of our finest wines and see why Nelson is such a special place to grow and make wine. With a selection of both current and cellar release wines available, and some of our most interesting wines open for tasting, it’s a wonderful place to challenge your senses and try something new. Our knowledgeable and friendly cellar door staff can take you through a line-up of wines and answer any questions you may have regarding the viticulture and winemaking techniques used in our vineyards. As well as wines for sale, we offer a range of wine related souvenirs and clothing too. We also have used oak wine barrels available periodically for purchase (halves and wholes) - perfect for garden planters.

Families are very welcome, bring the kids and let them enjoy the outdoor playground while you enjoy the wines. Non-alcoholic grape juice is also available from the cellar door.

Restaurant and Function Centre 

Unfortunately our restaurant is now CLOSED while we seek new tenants to take over the lease on this part of our business… and leave us to concentrate on what we do best – making great wines!  Keep an eye on our website though, we’ll be making an announcement when we’re back up and running!
